As they approach 2012, each member of the team is looking to raise their level of performance. They all have stories to tell and experiences to share about their determination to be the best in their chosen field. For some, their dreams have been realised, for others, 2012 is the opportunity to prove themselves to be the outstanding performer in their event. Team Allianz will be led by two renowned former Olympians, Steve Cram and Sharron Davies, who were outstanding performers in middle-distance running and swimming respectively, Olympic medallists and are now successful and respected broadcasters.
