- Consumer Contract – up to £50,000 of legal costs to pursue or defend disputes over the buying and selling of goods and services
- Employment contract – up to £50,000 of legal costs to pursue your clients employer in a dispute following a breach of your client's permanent contract of employment
- Mediation – up to £2,000 of costs for mediation to resolve disputes between your clients and their neighbours relating to noise, boundaries or access to your client's home
- Access to Lawphone - legal advice on any personal matter, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
